Why I started Creative Clique

The work showed me the real problem.

I founded Creative Clique after working closely with businesses on their digital presence. That work included digital strategy, websites, SEO, digital marketing and automation.

What I kept noticing was not about tools. Businesses could have websites, search visibility, social channels, reviews, enquiry forms and booking systems — and still find it genuinely difficult to know what deserved attention first.

The problem that became important to me was the customer journey. Customers discover a business through one channel, understand it through another, communicate through another and eventually enquire or book. To the business it often looks like separate tasks. To the customer it is one experience.

This is why customer journeys became central to how Creative Clique works — discover, understand, choose, experience, return — and why the problem-first approach is never an afterthought.

Connected growth systems became an important capability for the same reason. Real journeys usually depend on systems behind the scenes: bookings, enquiries, follow-ups, internal workflows. When standard tools do not fit, technology can be built around the business need — and the business should control it.
